There were delays upon delays that were out of our locus of control due to Covid restrictions. These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. However, Bryan Hogeland was able to adapt to the obstacles and never compromised on the quality of his work. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication. He would even call at night in the middle of a torrential rain storm to make sure that there were no leaks. We can say that I really believed that he was as invested in this project as we were. It was a true partnership."

Buck and his team tiled our bathroom, closet, and laundry room, & also installed hardwood flooring in our kitchen and butler’s pantry. The craftsmanship was exceptional across the board. "We had a terrible customer experience. It took a full year and four--yes FOUR--tries to get it right. The first try was a defective door improperly installed. Then, over a period of another 9 months, two other doors were defectively manufactured. Twice they told us the door would be ready in three months. Twice it was not. Both of those times (keeping in mind that these were the second and third tries), we were told THE DAY THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED that it would be another three months. Finally, the FOURTH DOOR, installed ONE YEAR after we purchased and paid for it was installed. And they offered no compensation. In fact, Jordan Deeb denied compensation for the breach of the purchase agreement."
