"I am disappointed in the Demo Brothers. The job was to carry up a freezer from the basement and haul away. Four hours late, only one guy showed up in a pickup truck and didn?t know that the freezer was in the basement to be carried up stairs! He did not have an appliance strap or dolly and could not have done the job by himself. We sent him away and have requested another company to do the job. "
