"OAI leveled and resurfaced our 25 year old elevated, multi tiered deck as well as replaced the steps and repaired some of the railings . Abe provided a detailed plan and bid; he was open to make changes and additions once he began the job. He and his crew were respectful of our property; cleaning the site as they went. He provided quality work, finishing ahead of schedule despite work days well over 90 degrees!!"

"I had a great experience hiring them to paint my kitchen cabinets. Each day arriving on time, letting me know the process along the way. In addition to this, details that I may not have considered were covered. For example there was a corner trim piece to my cabinet missing. They went to Home Depot, purchased the piece and brought me a receipt for reimbursement. It looks much nicer when these details are noticed. My kitchen looks wonderful. I am very happy."

The best paint for an older deck depends on the material and whether or not your deck already has a coat of paint. Conversely, rolling is efficient for more extensive, flat surfaces and can save time. However, it is not always the best fit for textured or uneven wood. Some projects may benefit from combining both methods, using a brush for detail work and a roller for broader areas. Ultimately, the choice between brushing and rolling depends on the specific requirements of your staining project.
