"Mike and his team were very responsive from my first contact with Karsare Water Systems. I had a water softener system that developed a problem. Mike came to my home to access my situation and to troubleshoot for possible causes. Mike was very proactive in attempting to determine if repair or replacement was best option and most cost effective. After considering 3 options provided by Mike, I elected to have my older unit replaced with a more efficient Kinetico water softener. Due to manufacturing delays caused by COVID, new unit delivery was delayed a few weeks. This was NOT the fault of Karsare. Upon receipt of new units in their inventory, company immediately contacted me to schedule install appointment. Technician arrived on time as scheduled and immediately went to work replacing my older water softener. Technician worked quickly and had new unit up and running in about 2 hours. Cleaned up area around his work space. Great experience from beginning to the end. Kinetico water systems are not the cheapest in the industry but provide a high quality water softener system for homeowners like me. Karsare is a very professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused company."

"He just look at the garage opener and then he adjusted the sensor or something like that and the garage door open by our garage remote more now when it didn’t before but we will probably hire them again when we decide to get a brand new garage opener mobility sooner or later"

"Tom Drexler redid several things for us from plumbing to HVAC. We are on a maintenance plan which includes annual check ups for free and discounts off of any service that you need. today's visit was an annual plumbing related inspection. They found a couple legitimate issues that had gone unnoticed. We are scheduling to get those fixed. I like that they send emails with a very detailed explanation of everything they reviewed and pictures to go along with that. They also do that with their semi annual Hvac inspections. I always feel safe with any person that they sent to the house."

They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Basement Wizard employees were on time and very friendly. Since these employees were not involved in the original inspection and job estimate I showed them the two areas that needed to be repaired and described the problem.  I also pointed out how important it would be to control the dust which I knew would be created during the repair.  I was assured that the area would be enclosed and air cleaners would be used to control the dust.  Upon completion of the repair I was shocked to find that my entire basement was filled with a dust cloud.  Everything in the basement was covered in a layer of fine powder.  I contacted the original estimator (employee) who offered to have the crew return and clean my basement.  I told him that I had no confidence that they would perform an adequate job and I would perform the cleanup myself.  A couple of weeks later after a heavy rain event one of the "repaired" cracks leaked just as it did before the repair.  A second crew (which included a foreman) was dispatched to preform a second repair attempt.  The second crew did a much more professional job and their repair appears to have stopped the leak so far.  My disappointment with Basement Wizard is not with the fact that it took two attempts to complete the repair.  My issue is that I was assured by the original estimator and the repair crew that they would control the dirt and dust during the repair process.  They failed in this promise and I spend many hours cleaning up after them.

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. I would definitely use them if needed in the future."
