"Job was done in timely manner. Cleaned nicely when job was finished. Danny W was my installer Came in removed old jetted tub and surrond .Fixed a plumbing issue with p trap in shower area. Installed new shower and grab bars. Needed tub removed with aging in place. Tired of stepping over tub..The new shower easier to clean with vinegar and water. Grab bars that I don't have to worry about them breaking. The surround goes to the ceiling. So don't have to worry about water on the backer board.. With the chrome and stainless steel looks amazing.Glad got bench seat in back.So can sit and shower .With shower hose extension."

Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. "They were very prompt in coming to evaluate and give me a quote.  The price I stated did not include tile, tub, vanities, etc, but did include some other plumbing/construction materials.  Basically, it didn't include anything where you had a preference of styles. They were able to start the job within 2 weeks of me accepting which was important to me because we were having plumbing issues with old bathrooms.  
Craig and his team worked very hard and were professional.  They showed up when they were said they would and even worked one Saturday to get the job done.  
It was a large task to complete 2 bathrooms at once, but they shared plumbing and it had to be done.  They completed the job in about 10 or 11 days.
The bathrooms turned out beautiful and I would definitely use Creative Tile again.
