He did a good job and he came on time. They were small jobs but he got them done at a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable amount of money. I would use him again.

I originally called Absolute Contracted Services to fix a floor tile that previous contractors [Garrett Painting and Renovations, LLC] had tried and failed to fix twice. The previous contractors renovated my bathroom and the entire experience was a nightmare. This floor tile was just the last straw. When Kelly showed up fix the tile, he crawled under the house to see if there was a problem with the floor that might explain the problem with the tile. When he did, he discovered a small lake. There were numerous plumbing problems caused by the previous contractors, and water and methane were seeping out. He took pictures of everything and sent me a detailed explanation of all of the repairs so that I could attempt to be reimbursed by the previous contractors. He was very communicative and thorough. I had been worried about the work performed by the previous contractors since the first day they were in my house, so it was a huge relief to know exactly what was going on with my house and to get it fixed. He'll be the first person I call the next time I need repairs done on my house. 
 

He was responsive, friendly, well priced, and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the work that was completed.

The job was started on 1/18 and finished on 1/23 and went very well.  Terry had to stop twice and go to the hardware store for parts and supplies.  It was a very detailed job and Terry did very well with everything.

I have had them out a number of times. He does really good work, is honest and comes out when he says he will. He did what I asked him to do and he was very thoughtful.

Kelly came out the same day I called him and gave me an estimate.  He got the parts I needed and showed up on time and was courteous.  He is an experienced craftman in home repair and I won't hesitate to call him again when needed.

Semper Fi's owner responding right away to my request for an estimate. Once it was accepted, he was able to start just a couple of days later. The workmen were prompt, professional and proficient. The work they did was excellent and before the left, everything was put back, even pictures hung where I wanted them and all debris cleaned up. I would recommend their services for any home improvement project.

It's easy to find someone to do a large project...harder to find someone to do smaller tasks and at a reasonable cost at that. I found this handyman service online and lucked out. Broward Greene, owner of Semper Fi, showed up at the time indicated, did the work quickly and charged a reasonable amount. I felt comfortable with him in my home and would definitely use again. His business card indicates he does remodeling, home improvements, repairs and painting...but he obviously does smaller tasks as my own experience indicates.
