"Renovation Pros KC recently completely refaced my entire kitchen with incredible results. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC. The kitchen is the heart of my home, and results were incredibly important to me. I'm glad I chose this company to work with."

"I contacted Cabinets.com because of a friend's recommendation. I am totally remodeling my kitchen top to bottom and had no idea how to go about creating a design or much else.. Not only was he willing, but Greg calmly and patiently answered every single question. He spent as much time with me as I needed, explaining what I didn't understand, adjusting what I needed, and suggesting. what was optimal for. my needs. He even brainstormed solutions with me when I was unhappy with any aspect of the design. Not only did Greg professionally and compassionately help me, but he had a way of reducing my anxiety when it reared up. Greg was respectful of my budget and my needs, and truly heard what I said. He answered every single question I had, and when I didn't know what to ask, he knew what to say. I can't wait to get my cabinets and create my dream kitchen. "Terrible and unresolved! 8/2020 paid in full for 2 countertops, sinks, faucets. & installation. Many issues arose, job was put on hold while the installer reapplied for certification, 82" quartz countertop was lost, switched with another, I got the wrong one, finally found, install on 12/07/2020 but the two quartz side pieces for the 82" top were damaged and wrong length.. 2 new side pieces ordered..on 12/7/2020, i waited, called, they'd forgotten to order, called again, and again no one seems to know whats going on, get moved to a new 'in charge' person, wait till march2021, she hasn't ordered, talk to manager, he's shocked says it sounds like no one has been doing their job, that was march, now july and i haven't heard from the store,, i filed a bbb claim, lowes corporate customer care just offered me a refund on the install fee, but not the countertop,, and it seems the side pieces are no longer available, so they can't finish the job, but won't refund for the countertop because "they fuflled their job by installing the top"...But, the top is cut jagged at the edges so i can't even tile or just caulk to the wall.. they will not refund for the job. I'm in shock,, really. btw, i guess lowes topeka never thought of calling me to tell the pieces were unavailable,,?"
