Payment for services is based on insurance payments to you. Final payment is based on your acceptance of the work performed. It was awesome!!  We were building in Tonganoxie and Dan Bratcher came out many of times to meet with my contractor, framer, and even the plumbers all to make sure that they were building a quality roof.  Giving us different options not just trying to push the most expensive.  Building a home is the most stressful experience that I have been through and Expert Roofing was a breath of fresh air.  Would highly recommend Expert Roofing to all of my friends and family.

Sept 2012 - removed roof & guttering & replaced w/ Malarkey Roofing. Oct 2012 roofing was defective. 4-1-13 Malarkey arrived to inspect. Agreed roofing was defective.

Overall, I had to call another company to fix Expert's mistake.  It cost me about $700.00 to pay for his mistake.
