McLaughlin Roofing

I purchased my home in NOV 19 & was told that the home had been reroofed by McLaughlin Roofing just before purchasing it. In fact, their sign was still In the front yard. In JAN 20, after a light rainstorm, I woke up to find a large water spot in my living room over the staircase. I contacted the previous owner to verify the roofing timeframe & was told that their listing agent, Dan Lynch, has recommended McLaughlin to them. I have called & left messages with McLaughlin, my fiancé has called & left messages, & she has written Dan Lynch 2X asking for assistance since he promoted their business...& no one responds. I had another roofing company look at the roof & was informed that the shingles put on wrong & that I could expect additional leaks. I’ve had a tarp/patch on the roof ever since hoping that McLaughlin will stand behind their work at some point in time.

They put on a new roof this Spring and the roof is leaking. They will not return our phone calls and the office address the list does not exist.

They did a great Job.

This company was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves, behaved professionally, and completed the work quickly. Their price was fair and the roof is great.

They did come out and they repaired the leak but then they created another leak and they were just so hard to get a hold of. They did a good job but they poked a hole on a different part of the roof.

A very detailed bid was submitted.
The time line for completion was accurate.
The crew cleaned up at the end of each work day.
We are very pleased with our roof.

The  bidding went well. David was responsive and seemed to have the best understanding of the project. He was not the cheapest, but had the most complete bid.
They were right on time, and finished the roof in one day. The crew ripped of a branch of a tree and left a mess of branches over the yard. They took off the gutter guard and didn't replace it and did not install the ridge vent.
I let David know and he made it right.

McLaughlin took off our old roof and put on a new roof in May of 2013. The invoice included a 5 year warranty on workmanship. We have started getting a couple of leaks this spring. I called McLaughlin every work day for a week finally got an appointment to look at the leak on Wednesday at 8:30 and no one showed. no one answered my phone calls about the no show and three days later no calls back.  Since it is an active leak I had to call out a different roofer and they were able to attend to my roof the same day.  The new roofer told me that my leak was caused by too many nails in the shingles. But how can I get McLaughlin to Fix it if they won't return my calls.

Very prompt, very professional. Always does exactly what he says he's going to do. They roof turned out great.

McLaughlin Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof from the first consultation with Dave McLaughlin through Dave's final inspection. Dave was very thorough in his explanation of what the work entailed down to the number of nails used in each shingle! I was extremely impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. The bid was the most competitive especially given the type of roof and the process to complete the work. Workers arrived promptly as scheduled, completed the job in two days and thoroughly removed all debris. I am highly satisfied with the entire process and the final product. I have recommend McLaughlin Roofing to several people and will continue doing so. I am/will be one of their best advertisements!

A very well synchronized crew stripped and replaced the hail damaged shingles on my house and shed in one day. The work appears to be flawless. The work flow of the team is what impressed me the most. It is easy to see this team has worked together for a long time. The owner also displayed a very positive, professional attitude.

Our 23 year old roof was in need of replacement. The
previous roof had not been correctly installed in spots. The chimney had
previously not been flashed correctly and leaked occasionally over the years. I
got bids from several roof contractors. I learned of the impact resistant
shingles and found out from my insurance company that I would save a
significant amount on my yearly premium if I had certified impact resistant
shingles installed. All the contractors seemed very professional. I chose
McLaughlin Roofing because of the combination of price and professionalism. I
have seen the name McLaughlin Roofing many times so I know they had many years
of experience. Dave McLaughlin was great to work with. He answered my many
questions. After selecting the color and brand of shingles I signed the contract.
The work began very soon and the job was mostly 99% completed in one day. The old roof was torn
off, some decking was replaced, new flashing, weather watch and #30 roofingfelt were installed, a Kricket was built for the fireplace, valleys were installed and finally the shingles were installed. Only a couple of details were done the next day. All in all the job went extremely well. The crew obviously knew what they were doing. The roof looks fantastic. The cleanup was very good. The chimney looks great and I believe there is no way we will have problems with leaks.
So I definitely recommend McLaughlin Roofing. At lease give them a chance to bid your job. They
were nearly $1000 less than the other contractors and did a great job.

Very pleased with their work and the price. I had several other quotes and he matched within 100.00 of the lowest + put in vents the other company would not have

They were very good people. They were friendly and went right to the job. They did the job efficiently and got the job done one day. I was impressed that they were able to put a new roof on for us in one day.
