We are a full-service restoration company specializing in smoke, fire, water and mold damage remediation. We also do carpet and air duct cleaning. We work with all insurance companies, and do anything from small residential to large commercial losses. We are also expert at working with government and academic institutions.

"Not a good experience at all. Had to callback to insulate behind master shower stall, they didn’t insulate behind the cupboard, they installed new windows and hid 1/4” gaps around them which let water pour in when it rained& did not fix. They asked me to talk with Dunco heating installer to change anything, said we could use an extra vent into the basement bedroom, it never happened. The overseeing of many issues in the home was terrible. They took all the things from the home and “cleaned” it when we didn’t want it at all. They “miss placed “ my weight set, which I had seen in their warehouse. Lastly, they had a final increase of charges to my insurance company. Some few thousand dollars! A horrible company. Do not use them! Your insurance company will know about their shady tactics. Listen to them."

Depending on the upholstery, steam cleaning your couch is a simple and easy way to give your most sat-on piece of furniture new life. Like a carpet, you may need to pretreat and spot-clean tougher stains, but you shouldn’t use any larger or bulky steam cleaners you’d typically use on your carpets. Opt for a gentle steam cleaner that can specifically clean fabric, and double-check your couch manufacturer’s cleaning recommendations.

To remove dog or cat urine from a microfiber couch, use a safe solution for your furniture based on its cleaning code. First, blot up as much as possible, then cover the area with baking soda for a few hours to remove the smell. For S cleaning codes, use a spray bottle to spritz the stained area with rubbing alcohol and gently scrub with a microfiber cloth until the urine is gone. Use the same process for W or S-W cleaning codes but with 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of rubbing alcohol. 

It’s best to avoid using furniture polish, any oil-based cleaners, varnish, ammonia, and cleaning solvents. Other harmful materials include chemicals like acetone or alcohol, which can cause severe damage to your couch.

To prevent water spots from appearing on your upholstered chairs after cleaning, avoid saturating the furniture or applying water directly on it, and don’t use direct heat to dry it. Instead, use damp (not wet) cloths and suds from water-based solutions and let your chairs air dry inside.

Steam and vinegar are excellent cleaners, but it’s best not to put vinegar in your steam cleaner unless explicitly approved by the manufacturer. If you don’t dilute the vinegar properly, it can damage the steam cleaner, and using a non-approved cleaning solution in the machine can void the manufacturer’s warranty.
