Great! The two staff friendly, informative, and professional. The cleaning went well, removing a couple of stubborn spots and the service staff were informative in letting me know some things I could do on my own to extend the life of my carpet. Cost a bit more, but worth it compared to others I have used.

They did a great job. He was very good. I had to pay them extra to come out here; they have to come from Lawrence so that's the reason they charge us more.

Last year I was offered a contract which I apparently did not understand. If I had understood it, I would never have signed it. The result was that they came into my home and shampooed the traffic areas, did not move the furniture and did not get out the spots. There was never a problem getting out spots before. The carpet looked terrible even where there were no spots or traffic. I had moved the furniture and vacuumed,then took all the drawers out of the dressers and moved all the small tables and other pieces of furniture off the carpet. I will never use stanley steamer again. The cost for this shoddy treatment was $547. I say to potential customers don't trust these people and don't sign any contracts. They are not the only company that cleans carpets and I don't see how I could have been treated worse.

I had never had the furniture cleaned since it was purchased 10 years ago, so I was a little leery about having it done. They inspected it and discussed what they would do before cleaning it. It turned out very good.

They were professional and efficient. We were very pleased with them.

Craft room had some prior spots of different varieties which they were able to remove most of. I didn't really expect all to be removed. Stairways have the most use and therefore the most dirt. I was really hoping for them to come out better.

I have used Stanley Steemer for several years and I have a maintenance plan with them. After a fire destroyed our neighbors home a few weeks ago, the team was here the next day, cleaning the carpets and adding a protection spray. I signed up for their maintenance plan as I have in the past and I highly recommend them to clean your carpets. They are fast, detailed, efficient, easy to work with and just a pleasure to have them work at my home. The cost above is for the maintenance plan for a year and well worth it.

They were 30% less than the other companies we used. The carpets were like new. I'm very, very happy with them.

They came in with the konwledge they were only going to clean 4 rooms, but we decided at the last minute we wanted the whole house done. They were more than willing to do so; and did a great job. Carpet looked new again!!

They did a great job. The carpet had soap residue in it from the last time we had it cleaned by a different company. They made sure that they got it all out. The guys who did the job were very professional and really seemed to care about doing a quality job.

Called for estimate and work was completed the very next day. The workers were curteous, time efficient, and competent. We were quite satisfied with the whole experience. If you want the quick response we received, don't call just before holidays. Things get backed up then and also in May when there are so many graduation parties. Of course this applies to any carpet cleaning service.

I have a lot of wood floors and some carpeted area. So, they do not do full-house carpet cleaning. I would tell the others that I am always comfortable with the people that they send out to the house. They are not people that I would be uneasy with in my home. They always do an excellent job and they want me to look over everything. In the end, if I am not pleased with something, they will do it over. Once, I had called them back about something. They came back out and redid it. They did it very courteously, as they were the first time I had used them. After I started using them, I just could not believe the difference between them and the other places I had previously used. When I started using them, price was not the most important thing I was looking at. I feel their prices are great. I will definitely use them again in the future.
