And we wanted them specifically to do more work due to the high quality job they did. They are knowledgeable and reliable. All of the workers are polite and hard working. We had them out to extend the porch into a larger patio for the front of the house. It was made to blend with the previous work and really has made the front look fantastic. "They did not obtain a permit for my job because as I now know they intended to deceive me from the start. They used an inexperienced crew and every aspect of their work was defective, right down to the nailing. Unfortunately I did not realize how much was wrong with their work until after I'd paid most of the money. I had to pay others to correct what could be corrected of their work -- none of the outdoor lights worked and improper holes were cut for all of them; painter corrected what he could of the nailing; painter caulked (the only places Burwell caulked was where they needed to hide errors); roofer replaced guttering; I applied expanding foam to large gaps left between side of the house and the siding; and so on. Other problems can't be fixed without replacement."
