Customer service rates low priority for them. apparently they have enough of a customer base that walk-ins are virtually ignored. If you can track someone down, good luck getting the correct information without running around the place a couple of times. Eventually y walk out and went somewhere else. This is not a one off experience, the same scenario has played out for me on several occasions. If I know exactly where the species and what type of plant I need they may have a decent inventory, but trees and shrubbery forget it they only cater to the large landscaping businesses.

Have not returned my calls after I left a message with receptionist.

Tree Top created a very attractive and functional backyard patio and lawn area which dramatically improved the appearance of our home and landscape. Drainage problems were corrected in a way which enhanced our landscape and produced a relaxing retreat and entertainment area.

All the Tree Top employees, from the landscape architect to the installers, were very professional, skilled and helpful to work with.

One miscommunication on the patio paver design was quickly corrected and relaid without hesitation. The entire project was completed on schedule. We were very pleased with the results.

Now, several years later, this area has held up well and continues to give us a great deal of pleasure.

I had a maple tree with a cracked bark and was a bit worried the tree could have a serious issue (it's 20 years old and a nice size so I didn't want to start over). Tree Top came out (the tree guy I guess) and said it was due to the drought and hot weather from the previous summer, it had been causing the same issue on other maple trees. They sealed the exposed area and wrapped the tree, and also applied a systemic drench to make help keep the tree safe from insects. Overall pleased with the experience.

The in-store experience was very pleasant and professional. The planning of the trees went well. Just not too sure about their guarantee. One of the trees I had purchased appeared to be dying. I contacted them less than a month later and they sent out someone to look at my tree. The leaves were starting to die And we're turning brown and crispy. I was told I was watering it incorrectly. And it would snap out of it. The other tree is doing great. I'll just have to wait and see if the tree does snap out of it. All the rain we've had it should be watered deeply. I even paid for the special fertilizer that they had recommended. I am concerned that if the tree continues to die That they would not agree to replant the new tree that I have a guarantee on. The guarantee only applies the tree itself it does not apply to the labor to plant it. I was not aware of that. Problems with the new tree after such a short period time I would think that they would agree to replant a new tree. I guess I'm going to follow their advice and go buy the gator bag. The main reason I dealt with a reputable business that dealt strictly with plants was in case there was any problem with the health of the tree. Next time I think I will just go to Walmart or menards

I am totally satisfied with the services that they provide. They are extremely timely. The product that they use seem to work extremely well. I have been satisfied with their performance since I have used them and I have had services with them over the course of probably the last 5 or 6 years.

They're great. They have a lot of variety, great service, they're friendly, and just best products.

We've had a running contract w/ this provider but we're cancelling it. They seem too big to provide anything close to focused client attention and to manage internal communications. The most recent flowerbed planting and maintenance was really disappointing; sparse coverage not at all attractive for our home's entryway. We were instructed to water new plantings as Tree Top's own internal communication couldn't get the irrigation system they installed turned on. Exposed weed barrier wasn't addressed w/ replacement mulch or bark chips. We've also asked repeatedly for a bid on replacement of trees stunted by draught but no reply. We've promptly paid their invoices but I guess our post-tax money is no longer their shade of green. This stuff is supposed to be enjoyable, not onerous.

The cost for them to design the plans was $500, but it's actually a gift card. So, in essence the cost for the plan is zero. We had to buy trees and plants anyway.
Also, she provided a landscaping plan for about 1/2 acre for that price. I think the farther you live from their office, the more it costs.
Would definitely recommend and will be utilizing them again when we landscape and build a patio for the back yard.

They planted 2 trees and were very professional.

As always, their staff was informed, educated, pleasant and willing to assist. Without question the selection available from which to choose from was far more extensive than other local resources. Most importantly the plants' health was key to our investing.

We spread the work done by Tree Top over the span of 4 years. After Kyle drew up the plan for the yards (front, back, and both sides), we decided to divide the work into 4 phases. The last phase of work was completed in the Fall of 2012. Each time they took care of calling Dig-Safe prior to starting the work. A few times during the years we asked to change the landscape plans for one reason or another. Kyle was always amenable to this and a couple of times suggested different alternatives that were more feasable to our yard and growing conditions. Calls or emails to Tree Top were always returned promptly. The men on the crew are courteous, work hard, and do an incredible job of cleaning up after the job is finished. When the sod was delivered, some of the pallets were placed in the street in front of our house. When the crew was finished installing the sod, they cleaned the driveway, sidewalks and even the street! We are very pleased with the variety of shrubs and trees - the yards look fantastic - there is year-'round color!

I am satisfied with the services provided. Price was little high. I would use them again if needed.

I have worked with them for about 7 or 8 years and will use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They were there when they were supposed to be there and finished the work fast. No problems at all.

We were satisfied with the service. They appear to be quality trees and tall grass that we had put in. We would absolutely use them again. They were very professional.

When they came out, they did NOT trim new growth off the trees, they pulled up the weeds in the3 flower beds along with ALL the annuals and Perennials we had planted---EVERYONE of them. The supervisor came out as well to get them started and then left. We called and complained and they sent another crew out to finish the clean-up and the supervisor came out as well...He then left as usual to leave the cleanup to the workers. One worker said this (Pulling everything up) would not have happened had he been here, and he apologized and the work was completed. The supervisor said they would have to do something about everything that was ruined. We have heard nothing back from them and how or when these items would be replaced. We GOT THE BILL ALMOST RIGHT AWAY..My wife even sent a letter with our check in a position of Authority contact us to see what would be done to correct the mistakes. To Date we have heard NOTHING...But the check was sure cashed and deposited right away!!! It has been approx. 3 weeks since we sent payment and the letter...NO follow-up from anyone We will never use Tree-Top nor recommend them to anyone for anything.
Also; one of the workers said the "Tree Crew" would have to snip the new growth from the trees, but they have not shown up nor has anyone called.
