It went awful. Paid the down payment percentage for my foundation in Oct, didn't even try to start work till Jan and it was snowing and raining by then so didn't actually start till closer to March. Once started they got it done fairly quickly but they charged me an additional $1200 because they didn't pass inspection and had to get more concrete. Then they just left a huge hole in my foundation and said it was the access to the crawl space. My house got about 3 feet of water under it because there was no way to block it and I cant back fill the dirt around it because it is just a hole. Now I have to pay another concrete company to come in and actually build an access area that wont flood under my house. And on top of all that the vents just fall out and the wall is breaking apart in areas already. I have sent messages and apparently they don't care because they never answer. Will never recommend them to any one.

Spoke with Ever who had great communication and understanding on the project. The crew worked hard, and completed the project on schedule. Price-wise, they are fair. Overall fantastic to work with and I'd use them again.

I spoke to Ever about doing the concrete work, and he gave me a good price. I asked him to please not ruin my flowers in the front, and he is a man of his word. They did a good job for me and it was done in a timely manner. They showed up early in the morning and continued until the work was done. I would definitely recommend The Strong Hand for any kind of concrete work.
