Several more senior guys oversaw their work and even the factory rep for the anchor systems was there. They responded to all our questions and cleaned up the work areas, both inside the basement and outside where the pits were dug. They compacted the soil so I can't even tell that they had done all the work. Two of the team returned the next day to install plastic covers over the inside wall anchors.
