"Dan with Heartland Environmental called me a few hours after I created the project on a Sunday, while on the road for vacation, to ask a few questions and discuss an appointment for the estimate. I was shocked to say the least as I hadn't expected a response for at least a few business days. I made sure to thank him for the prompt response. Dan followed up after our vacation (I'm glad he remembered because I had forgotten) to set up an appointment for an estimate. He was on time for the appointment. My husband reported that Dan actually inspected our entire crawl space (meaning he crawled the entire crawl space of our over 1000 sq ft house on a 100 degree day) to give us the most accurate estimate. I received the estimate within a few hours (not days). The other company only viewed the easily accessible (only 2 small places) portions of the crawl space without actually getting in it. My husband commented that Dan was much more thorough and seemed to have our best interest at heart than the first company we got an estimate from. Dan's estimate was thousands less because the project would be mush less extensive. Dan determined we didn't require everything the first company estimated because he took the time to physically inspect the entire crawl space for the estimate not just a cursory view of a very small percentage of the crawl space. My husband and I still need to discuss the project before we move forward but we are definitely leaning towards choosing Heartland Environmental not only because of the price but because of the impeccable customer service and doing what's best for the customer not just profit attitude we've received already."

"The stone decking at Water’s Edge Pond was weakened and falling into the water from all the gulley-washer rain storms we’ve had and Peak Structural was the only company in town that would take the job. The crew assigned to the job was top notch: Tim Hubbard, Spenser Aragon, Kato Morgan and Brad Jones plus others. They started and finished the job in the time promised and took great care to rebuild and fortify the foundation and grout work. I’m convinced the area is stronger now than when it was first constructed. The old grout was meticulously chipped-out, vacuumed-clean and re-packed with new super strong 5000-psi grout. Many homeowners complimented the hard-working professional crew as they worked on the project. Great quality, hope to recommend them for other jobs around the neighborhood. "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"Sewer line was plugged the house was empty for 10 months and had to be routered a second time 2 days after the first time and second time had a camera inspection and all looked clean l think it took awhile for the sludge to soften from setting empty for so long they used a different tip the second time and a lot of sludge was removed the camera inspection really helped"

They quoted me for the most difficult job such as replacing the upstairs floor under the bath if needed. there was no need to replace the floor this part was not taken off the original price. Finance co. keeps calling and I do not have their information. All I got from Bath Solution was the application for financing it."
