This was made possible by Roger and his prompt reply to our phone call and his willingness to meet with us quickly as he happened to be finishing a job in our remote area. He explained in detail how a mitigation system works and developed two options paired with a cost estimate for each build. He then made arrangements to install our system that very weekend after he finished a job earlier in the day. The install was very systematic, no doubt aided by his training as an engineer. He is very interesting to talk to as I followed him around watching him that afternoon. He maked it look easy giving us peace of mind relatively instantly. He left his instant read meter to monitor the reduction of Radon over the next 4 days before returning to check the system. Only then after confirming mitigation below acceptable EPA Radon levels did he leave a billing statement.
