"Service Tech came out, called me at work to tell me a bearing was going out and that the unit was leaking refrigerant He additionally let me know that he was “condemning” the unit, saying that it was too old to work on...and yet, after using such a strong term...didn’t seem to want to have to answer questions. So he basically did nothing. He seemed to be offended when I had specific questions...and when I nicely said “I get the impression that I offended you with my questions” proceeded to tell me how he was frustrated with the tile contractor that was there working as he would not move his vehicle to let him park in the driveway. And then...after telling me that he could not do any work in the system, sent us a $250 invoice. The bottom line is that they wanted only to sell a new system to me. This is disappointing as iI’d used this company to put a brand new system in my own home only two years ago...and had them back to put a new compressor in a few months ago (conveniently only months after the warranty had expired)."

"Freaking FANTASTIC! These guys are honest to goodness Rock Stars! Can't say enough good things about them. Zach and Luis were amazing. After having been told our compressor was bad and that we needed to spend over $5,000 on either a new AC unit, a new heat pump or possibly an entirely new system, we were in the process of getting estimates when New! Heating & Cooling came by. Zach offered to give us a 2nd opinion for $49 [Looks like std rate is $89 so they took pity on us]. So, with the prospect of spending thousands, we figured a 2nd opinion would be good to have. THANK GOODNESS we did!! $322 run capacitor replacement and BOOM! sub 62 degree air blowing thru system!! Just Wow! Went from zero air flow and stagnant ~87 degrees on our 1st floor (likely higher on 2nd floor) to a system blowing low 60 temps! Went from being told we needed to spend 5+ thousands of dollars to spending ~$371 for diagnostic, part and labor. What a relief. Just amazing. With the experience we had, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company/these guys. Just phenomenal!! Thanks guys!! Tom & Jackie"
