"I purchased 4.5 pallets of Fescue sod at $150 per pallet (50 square yards per pallet; 225 square yards ). They were the cheaper option of the three companies I contacted. The company was punctual and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the sod had quite a few weeds. The crew we hired to lay the sod commented on the weeds saying that their usual sod provider did not have the same issues. A few months after laying the sod I can now say for sure that the weeds are a problem in this batch of sod. I liked working with Briggs and their sod was quite a bit cheaper. If I had to do over again I would have paid a little extra for the other sod company so I wouldn't be fighting back the weeds. Deliver charge was $100. You will have to return the pallets yourself though."
