I called and ordered gravel for the driveway, I specifically asked for white small stone. What they delivered was crushed concrete, counter top, brick, and other stuff mixed in to include plastic, metal, fiberglass, and wood. Lots of sharp objects. They offered a $60 off one ton of the stuff. I said no and the person on the phone said he did not have time to deal my shit. Some customer service. I called and texted several times to try and resolve this issue. The company doesn't respond. I am wondering with all the contaminantes of different materials if a chemical analysis should be done. Who knows, they may be suppling customers with hazardous products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Beware of this company! They will quote you a certain amount, and if you agree you will be expected to sign a contract and pay for the amount charged....nothing wrong with that. However, after you accept and pay for the product they will charge you a higher amount on the day of delivery. In my case, they did not deliver the mulch on the original agreed date. They called and gave me a new date without asking if it would work for us. On the day of delivery, I received another call letting me know that "the price of the mulch had gone up" therefore, they had to charge me more. WHAT???? My order was already paid for! They said that they would not deliver unless I paid the additional amount. As I was explaining why that was ridiculous to change the price after the contract had been sign and paid for, the guy on the phone interrupted and said, "Do you want it or not?" The customer service is terrible and be prepared to pay more than you were quoted AND paid for. The guy explained that they can ALWAYS change the price of the product up until the moment the deliver the product to you. I guess they can just charge you whatever they want even after you signed the agreement with the agreed price. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER. Terrible customer service and scammers.

The ordering process was easy.

I received a quote of 456.12 for topsoil the quote also had the delivery fee included. 4 days later the Day of the delivery they called and said the price of topsoil in my area has gone up. They wanted an extra $350.00 and they would deliver it next day. Not to mention I had already paid the amount I was quoted 4 days prior to this delivery date. They did offer me a refund but yet still charged me $42.10 for wanting a refund horrible company save yourself the headache and your money and stay away from this company.
