"Ordered dumpster and req p/u 7 days later. They gave me a date for p/u but never showed up and didn't inform me. I waited at home all day. The next day after heavy rain they arrived and decided not to p/u because ground was wet. Driver informed that since it was their decision not to p/u I wouldn't be charged extra $150 trip fee..LIAR! THEY BILLED THE $150 TO MY CARD AND REFUSE TO REFUND. They now want me to tell them when to p/u the dumpster...why...so they can decide the ground is wet and bill me another $150. I deal with lots of reputable businesses and thought they were a good company...now I will have to spend my time and money in court to force them to do the right thing.....SHAME ON YOU BUDGET DUMPSTER!
