We cancelled our monitoring service with this company over two years ago. They continue to bill us. I have called over 20 times, emailed, and even stopped by their office. Nobody ever responds. You would think that going in to their office and talking to someone in person would get a response. Nope. The owner never calls back and they are continuing to bill us. Imagine if we were relying on them to protect us, if something happened nobody would ever respond. This is the worst alarm company I have ever dealt with.
