I did add some items to the original bid. There was a reasonable and expected additional cost for the additions. There was no hassle with the contractor as there are with some contractors when changes are made. The changes were discussed and agreed upon before the work was done. When a question was asked about the finish on the siding, Mid America Exteriors (installer) and River Valley Lumber (supplier), along with the Wausau Representative, resolved the question in an excellent manner.
