"They were very professional and knowledgeable about the product  and installation. I could not be happier with the work they did.
They finished the work while I was gone on vacation. I did add some items to the original bid. There was a reasonable and expected additional cost  for the additions. There was no hassle with the  contractor as there are with some contractors when changes are made. The changes were discussed and agreed upon before the work was done. When a question was asked about the finish on the siding, Mid America Exteriors (installer) and River Valley Lumber (supplier), along with the Wausau Representative, resolved the question in an excellent manner.

He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. You can't go wrong. Everyone was professional and respectful."

He arrived on time and ended up giving me a timely quote and honest timeline on when the work could be done since I had a special order window. Once the window arrived he put it in the following day.
