I recently visited The Window Fashion Store at 6330 North Lucerne Ave. Kansas City MO and was greeted by a very professional salesman, Ethan. He took the time to walk me through my options and clearly explained the differences between them. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge.
Ethan scheduled a time to come out and measure the windows, and he arrived right on time. The blinds arrived as expected and were installed without any issues—they look amazing! They’ve made a big difference, letting me enjoy the view while still blocking out the sun to keep my home cooler this summer.
Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

They were able to install my blinds and shutters early. They took care to mask since I had a family member who is immunocompromised. Blinds went in a month early, shutters two months early. Very pleased with buying and installation processes - very easy to work with!

This is the second time I've used Affordable Blinds and my friend used them for all blinds in her new home. They came out to the house for the appointment quickly, we're flexible in scheduling and when my blinds came in early I was notified and able to move the installation date up. Affordable Blinds installed blinds for my new home including roller shades, banded shades, and luminettes. I loved how they provided in-home consultation and Alisha had great advice for me. She caught on to my style preferences quickly and narrowed down the myriad of color and texture choices. (Who knew a darker colored sheer would actually have more see-through visibility than a lighter one?) Sheila and Abby handled the scheduling of installs professionally and communicated well in advance so there were no surprises to my work schedule. I had the privilege of working with both installers: Rik and Jenny. Their attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction was outstanding. I contracted many venders and suppliers while finishing the decor in my new home. Affordable Blinds consistently delivered quality products and outstanding customer service.

Covid held up product a little to no fault of Affordable Bounds. One shutter came too small. Reordered took another month or so. But I wanted shutters again so I waited.
