"We have had a bug problem that we have been trying to get rid if for several months now. Alta has been prompt to come back out and treat each time but still have the same bugs. Today we had a new technician come out and was finally able to identify the bug as a German cockroach. Ewww! Andrew was the best ! He was very knowledgeable and explained what they liked and other tricks to try to rid ourselves of these pesky things. He then applied 3 or 4 other solutions to kill them. I now feel confident that they will soon be gone. They really stand behind their word that they will come right back out if a problem is not solved. Thank you especially to Andrew!"
