"Aerated my lawn quickly and efficiently. I had already flagged my sprinkler heads which saved time and so when they arrived they went right to work. One guy aerated my front yard while his partner took care of the backyard. Took only about 20 minutes. Best money I've spent for lawn work and saved my back and a chiropractor appointment. Excellent customer service too."

"Tony is a good person and I have used his insect control services for several years now based on his very competitive prices. This was prior to him starting TNT. He was initially hired for multiple insect control, (gnats, ants etc.) that plagued my home from day one. He is knowledgeable and was able to identify the "gnats" with the proper name. He shows up on time, always with a smile. He listens to my concerns or new problems, and then comes up with a solution and a plan. I have him on a regular maintenance schedule, and I really like is his "one day prior" reminder calls. He also will respond to calls in between the schedule appointments at no extra charge. I have no reasons to change companies, and would actually retain his services at higher prices based on my past experiences."

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

If the cat is stray (you noticed a collar or other signs of domestication), the kind thing to do is to try and find the owner. Call around to other neighbors to see if they can lead you in the right direction. If you can get close enough to snap a picture, try posting an image of the cat to local community groups and pages on social media.

If the cat is feral, you can try to humanely trap them and participate in a local shelter’s TNR program. Before attempting capture, call around to local rescues and shelters to make sure one near you does participate in a TNR program. They may even be able to catch the cat for you.

Contact pest control if you have a stink bug infestation that you need to eliminate quickly. It’s difficult to kill them without crushing them and releasing their signature odor, or without using a toxic insecticide. Some homeowners have had luck with peppermint oil sprays or soapy water traps. But a professional exterminator will have the best advice and course of action.

Certain strong smells may help repel bats, though this is not a foolproof method and is best used in conjunction with other deterrence strategies. Scents like peppermint oil, eucalyptus, cinnamon, cloves, and mint are often suggested as natural remedies. To create a spray, you can mix two cups of warm water with half a cup of sugar and a few drops of your preferred essential oil. Apply this mixture using a spray bottle to possible entry points and throughout the affected area, such as an attic. While this home remedy is popular, evidence supporting its effectiveness is limited.

Squash bugs technically aren’t invasive, as they are native to North America. However, this doesn’t mean that they aren’t incredibly destructive. These pests can cause significant damage to squash, pumpkins, and other cucurbit crops by feeding on plant sap and injecting toxins that cause leaves to wilt, dry out, and die. In large numbers, squash bugs can decimate entire plants (especially younger ones), making them a major nuisance for home gardeners and commercial growers alike.

Keep flies out of your house by keeping the windows or doors closed, especially when cooking. You can also install window screens to prevent pests from entering your home while allowing a cool breeze to enter your home.
