I don't like that company, I think they are rude, they don't follow instructions, but I am stuck with them, because we have used them for 20 some odd years. I pay over $300 per year. The actual service that they perform is good. They are so eager to get out, before they do anything.  They don't seem to listen. For the last two years, they want to come out in January and perform the service, when my bill is not due until June, and they want me to pay then. I am not going to pay them 6 months earlier. I would like them to come out closer to when my bill is due. I have told them to call me, and to inform me, but they are just not getting it. I have to scream at them, and I think that because 20 years ago, my dad had termites checked, so we have them come out every year to check for termites. I just think it is a little steep for us to pay them $300 for over 20 years. They should listen to the customer, and provide the service closer to the billing date. 

They interact with the customer well and seemed to be conscientious.

We have taken advantage of the protection plan on several occasions to deal with spiders and ants in the house.  The Terminix team has done an excellent job treating both inside and outside the house all but eliminate our spider and ant problems.  It is also comforting to know that my house is protected from termites and that I can have an exterminator out to the house if I or my wife come across ants, spiders, rats, or other pests.

Treatments worked well. We are now on service plan.

They were exceptional, friendly, on time, professional, and did an excellent job. They were very efficient. They told jokes it was 100 degrees out and they were amazing. It is about $30 dollars a month.

They are great and their work is done well.  They have done what I have asked them to do and have ensured my home is spider free.  They were the cheapest when I first started using them.

I put the stakes in the ground every four feet apart and place plastic cones over them and they attract the termites. The termites get in there and die. Termites take a while before they come back so it's several years before I have to purchase new ones. I haven't seen any termites since I have been using them. It is probably a whole lot cheaper than getting a termite exterminator out here. It does the job safely.

They guarantee their work and call before they come.

They are great. They are a very good company. I am completely satisfied with them. They give excellent service. They had problems with their computer for scheduling, but it has been fixed. They call two days ahead before the come. The service man calls the day before to give me the exact time that he will be here.

They did a good job.

We've had Terminex for a couple of years. Our main issue is when we needed to discontinue service for a period of time, they offered to reduce their fee by about 25%. They said if we restarted later, they could not give us the discount on the restart. It's frustrating to learn that they were willing to discount their fee so heavily after two years of apparently paying their premium price. Pricing is the primary reason we don't plan on using their services in the future.

.They have been fine.  What they do is, they have put stations in the ground all around 10 years ago and they come around every so often and check them for termite activity.  They have not found any in all that time.  But we found evidence of termite when we were doing a renovation of the basement. They came out and looked at it thoroughly and have been treated in the past. We found them professional and fine to work with. The annual contract is like an insurance against getting termites. We will continue to use them in the future.
