One of the worst pest control companies, DO NOT USE them

I was scammed by this company, they forged my signature. I did not sign the agreement they said I did. When I spoke with the salesman he said it was a quarterly service. I did not sign anything so I wrongfully assumed I could cancel anytime. Then I was receiving texts that I had an upcoming service less than a month later. I call to cancel and come to find out I am supposably in a binding deal for two years for a monthly service that is $129.99 a month and the cancellation fee is 50% of the remaining services. They wanted $1,500 to cancel. I then asked for the agreement I supposably signed and I had never seen this agreement in my life. I am someone who will actually read the contract prior to signing and this contract clearly states a monthly service at $129.99 with the 50% cancellation fee. I would NEVER agree to that. Also their product must be very ineffective if it requires monthly sprays. I will say, the people I spoke to on the phone were very lovely people but theyâ re clearly being forced to uphold this companyâ s abhorrent policies. When I told the gentleman on the phone that that was not my signature he almost instantly knew Iâ d say that and then agreed to let me out of my contract without paying a fee. I believe they must do this to quite a lot of people because I would be astonished if someone would be willing to sign that contract. Please donâ t use this company.

Three times they were supposed to change traps inside the house and three times they did not bother to knock on the door - just treated the outside of the house and left. Each time, I had to call and arrange for them to come back and do it the service as promised. I was told I get a reservice. It is not a reservice if the service is not performed properly in the first place! And of course it should be free! After the third time, I asked to simply cancel the contract - as they had already failed to live up to their end of it, imo. I was told no. Bad business. Bad company.

Do not hire this company. I signed a two-year contract with them back in 2017 for nine services. Years later they are telling me I am still under contract and there is no way to get out of it. They are rude, they will come and spray your house even when you ask them not to. They do not keep track of their phone calls the way they should. After my name services they are telling me that my contact is renewed when I never signed for it. Beware of what you sign with this company. They will trap you. This is probably why they changed their name to a different company because so many other people complained when it was under Edge Pest Control.

Absolutely atrocious. I had to call them out to my house multiple times. They left trash in my yard multiple times. The customer service department did not handle a very bad situation. I would never recommend hiring this company at all whatsoever for how they handled an easily fixable situation.

Horrible company to work with. The second technician to come placed traps I specifically asked them not to, and claimed he could not find the traps the first technician placed. The third technician claimed they showed up and no one was home, we had been home all day and then checked ring to make sure I did not miss something and he NEVER showed up. When called to see what was going on she claimed she would see what happened and then call back she never called again. Now the customer experience manager has no solutions other than move forward and trust that now they will do what they say they will even though that has not been the case at all.

Melissa our pest control expert is so thorough & always shows up with a smile on her face. We like her so much we request that she does our home each time. We have been with Edge for going on 12 years.

Pleased in every respect

Up front with pricing and terms of service. Respond quickly to customer concerns. Technicians always explain what they are doing and why. They also responded to every one of my questions/concerns no matter how small it seemed to me. This is my first time using a pest control service, and I am pleased even though we are at the beginning of the contract.

Explained what was being sprayed around my home. Solved my spider problem and I could not be happier!

People were very nice, friendly, and professional. I would hire them again.

Don't have any "details" at this time. Project requires time to see results. Serviceman was on time and thorough in his job.

I have used Edge for many years. I hired them when the Voles started destroying my yard and bushes. They come out quarterly to spray outside for pest, bug activity and then refill the boxes to get rid of the voles. I have not seen a vole for several years and see no evidence of them. I have yet have any bugs or mice in my garage or house so I feel whatever they are doing works....

They are great to work with. Hands off. They come and the bugs go. I recently had some sugar ants show up in between regular appointments. I reached out they came the next day.

Carlos is very nice and helpful. I appreciate his efficiency as well as prior call before arriving so I know when to expect him. The biggest problem I have with the company is the price; I know everything is getting more expensive but my rate for general pest mitigation keeps rising more than the rate of inflation.

Excellent job mitigating spiders inside, bugs out back, mud hive in garage, ant mound on side of the house and mouse traps in the garage and resetting baits inside. And this was a repeat service. Thanks for paying attention to detail and treatment my home as though it were your own.

He hired them 9 months ago. Because we have mice and they did not help at all! Today they actually told us that we needed to pay more if not they will only give us mouse traps and advice
