Was great. The Bat had moved during the night, but the tech looked under everything in the garage. Found the bat under a welcome mat...trapped him and took him away. Very happy!

They were very prompt in coming out to do inspection for termites. The technician did find live termites and showed them to me. I received an estimate and thorough explanation of what would be done. They weren't the most or least expensive of the 3 estimates I received, but in my opinion he was the most knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous. I would definitely hire again, but hope I don't have to!

I used the special coupon offered from Angies List. They came inside and treated that once and did the outside as well. The annual contract, which was less than others I had contacted, includes four treatments for the outside and inside treatments as requested. I called them about mud hornets that were getting in and he came out and checked, took care of the nest, and made suggestions for the future. He was great! I would recommend him to my neighbors and friends without jesitation.

The work was done well. Challenges (two buildings rather than one, not being able to drill into the deck, two carpenter ant infestations) were handled well. I am confident that we are protected. We will continue to use Arrest a Pest!

We live close to water and battling spiders is a daily chore. He sprayed under all of my eves and paid special attention to the siding and the ceiling of our covered deck. He explained what kind of spiders they were and how best to combat them. He did an excellent job and was very informative!

Went great, they did 2 visits. Heat on the first visit and they were able to get behind the panneling which is where the other company failed on, and even the furniture... i thought i was going to lose my furniture but these guys got it completely cleaned and for half the price i paid these other guys. You will not go wrong if you use these guys. Great service and they know what they are doing.

They come every quarter. They've been treating our house for years. They were here last month. It costs an annual payment and get a deduction at the end of the year. I would give them an A+. The results is what has kept me a customer with them. I think the quality is there. The quality is excellent. He's very personable and does a very good job. There is nothing we can put a finger on as to having any kind of complaint. I have nothing but good to say about them.

The vendor showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, the costs involved, and did it. Very professional, friendly, and it seemed competent. A few days after the treatment, we have seen No spiders, ants, or any other bugs, other than an occasional cricket which comes in when we do. The service after the initial treatment is $80 a quarter and it is time to call them. We WILL use them again. I recommend them.

We had a strong population of Brown Recluse at our previous residence. We spotted two at our new residence before we moved in. We called Kent and now the only Brown Recluse we've seen for over two years, were very few ... and very dead. That was the only time we saw Kent. He very thoroughly explained the whole process, patterns of brown recluse behavior, and reasons for the seasonal treatments. His staff has done the work ever since and has been equally thorough. We still think their price is a little high. But we don't have bugs, anywhere; the house, the garage, the basement, the man cave out back, not even the sheds. Man I hate spiders.

An inspection around the outside of my house and in the basement and the garage as well as my kitchen was made, Then Brent the technician that was sent out told me where he thought the mice might be getting in at and where he would place the poison bate traps at. I can say this was money well spent Brent came out sometime in June and I called them back out in December to check the traps I have not seen any mice since he came out in June. After he checked the traps he said the ones outside and the garage where almost empty, the one in the house was full had not been touched which means the mice have not made it into the house they have been stopped in the garage or outside which is why I say this was money well spent, and the customer service was awesome.
