He listened to my explanation of what I thought had broken, took stock of the situation and promptly got started. Roughly 4 hours later the project was complete including the time it took him to obtain the materials. He corrected the problem such that it won't happen again and did a fine overall job. He was also pleasant to visit with and I highly recommend him."
