"Over charges for service! Asked the service tech what would be the charge to fix and I thought he said $45. When I get the bill after the work is complete it was $485. When questioned about not having the rate in the preauthorization I was told he always put the rate in after completed. I called the office to address and was told someone would call me. No one ever called I had to call back. When questioned about the rate was told it was a fair rate. I told him I disagree and his tech did not have the rate on the preauthorization and I thought he stated $45 for the install. This is a $50 part and the tech was at my home for maybe an hour and the installation took maybe 30min. Even if you allow a mark-up on the part and include the service call fee this was should have been $200 at best. Service manager would not do anything stated it was a fair rate! I will never use this company in the future."

"Initially it started off very well. We wanted a large pond put in that was not an eye sore and would serve our livestock. I wish there was a little more guidance and recommendations as we don't know the ins and outs of pond building. Initial test holes were dug which confirmed the project was possible and would hold water. There was no communication with the well installation team to ensure appropriate water flow into the pond. Once that was figured out the pond only holds about 1/3 of water with a well running 24/7. Reached back out to Alec see if we could troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed. Informed Alec that we were more than happy to pay more but just wanted a finished product. We planned a date and now haven't heard from him in over 1 month. Multiple texts and phone calls with no response. The communication is the most frustrating part about this whole project. Would not use this contractor again even though the big expensive hole in the ground we have is "pretty"."
