"I am very happy I called Handyman Connection. They had Gary at my house with a completed estimate before the other company even called me back. Before the appointment I received an email about Gary and the date of his last background check. That was nice but I was very comfortable with Gary and he seems very trustworthy. He could have used the weather as an excuse but he spent extra time traveling to my house and then braved the weather outside my house. I wanted to do more extensive work but Gary explained why it was not my best option. On the other hand he found some issues that really do need to be fixed. He was also very open about what he can do and what might require a differ et craftsman. This gave me a lot of trust in his recommendations and the work we will schedule. The price on the estimate also seems very reasonable . I'm not crazy about having to go buy the materials myself, but it will be worth the trouble if we get someone who's skillful and trustworthy at such a good price.
