"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up.
Overall, customer service and communication were not the best.

"I had previous work done with Innovative and worked with Paul before. When the first project was completed, we measured for the next job. It actually took me about 5 years before I called back and made it happen. I went back and forth with Paul for a while, I just couldn't decide on a final design and kept changing my mind, he was always very patient and offered options until finally we made a decision. "Bruce was great! Was a little late, but called ahead of the appointment time to let us know he was running behind. He inspected the waterline from in the kitchen and within the crawl space. He determined that running the waterline from under the sink would be a much better option for the newer model dishwasher that we purchased. He rerouted the waterline, installed the dishwasher, turned the water and electrical back on then ensured it was running properly! We are very pleased with his work and plan to use them again in the future for home maintenance needs."
