He claimed my warranty company was hard to deal with, he said my house was too far for him to drive, he didn't return phone calls. I eventually gave up and told him I would just find someone else to handle the work. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I even made a deposit for the work, of which he didn't even return! I would not recommend him if my life depended on it."

The job took longer than we had planned but that was due to a flaw in the initial roll of fabric - I was happy that Greg was honest with us about it and did the job right. The furniture looks like new and it was about half the cost of buying the same quality of furniture."

He kept me in the loop as the repairs were ongoing and worked with our schedule to drop off and pick up the Telefunken. He was also so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great job!"
