The sales, measurement and installation of carpet were well done. The ball was completely dropped on the engineered flooring order and installation. Even follow up inquiries by me have resulted in no resolution to this problem

They were a decent price, did what they said they would do and did it on time. I tried other companies that wouldn't call me back or said they couldn't get to my job for months. They were on top of things and got it done fairly quickly.

We were directed to Allison at their Carmel location. Not only was she superb to work with, but she knew the products in and out. The flooring, after installation, looks better than we could have every expected. The staff was great and I would highly recommend visiting one of their locations for flooring needs! Thanks Allison!

From the get go, McCool's was professional, helpful and did not try to oversell in any way. In a recent condo purchase, I needed to have the carpet replaced, and wanted to do so prior to moving in the furniture. McCool's worked with me to educate me about my carpet purchase (while respecting my concerns for budget and not trying to sell me more carpet than I actually needed), schedule a convenient time to have it installed, and having it done promptly and on time. Initially, their prices looked higher than those found at other big box carpet retailers, but when it was explained that the price shown included installation, carpet padding, and haul away of the old carpet, they were on par with other resellers and the work done was fantastic. I would recommend completely.

We had to disconnect and remove all electronics equipment from room, and all of the furniture. Luckily we had sliders under all of the furniture, and all the pieces that we could move were slid into another room. The installers only had to move a love seat that
was too wide to slide through doorways. It added $10.00 to our bill. The installers tore out the old carpeting and and underlay, and carried away the old materials for disposal. They then installed the new underlay and carpeting. They were prompt and exacting in their work.
