I am a one woman team of passion, Indianapolis artist, Cheerie Joy. I work alongside designers, and graphic artists that are needing an 'artists' touch. Creating custom artwork in homes & businesses for over 11 yrs. I give free estimates, and require 50% down before scheduling a start date on a project. I am currently offering a 20% off for any scheduled referral until Oct 2015. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover is accepted.
