"Mr. Nunez did an excellent job with installing an electrical outlet, followed desired placement of the outlet, cleaned up work area and quote was priced fair. I will likely be contacting him in the future for any further electrical work."

"Mr. Jim Gorman who is the owner of the business called me back within a half hour of my email posting. He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. He and his helper then installed an entire lightning protection system on both my house and a back garage/storage area. He did things exactly as I wanted in every way. Also threw in a free weathervane which increased the beauty of my home. I would have no objection to recommending this gentleman and his company to anyone who is in need of a competently installed lightning protection system for their home/property. MID-AMERICA LIGHTNING RODS is one fine company run by a man who cares about doing good work according to the latest safety codes etc. Having lost my previous retirement home to lightning, it was very important to me to get this job done and quickly because the thunderstorm season is upon us and with the climate change, those storms are very wicked, especially here out in the country where i live!"

"The install was scheduled and completed quickly. The lightning rods and cable look neat and tidy along the roof. Mr. Hamilton was friendly and efficient."

"William and staff responded promptly to my request for service with reasonable pricing. They arrived at the house at the agreed upon time, were respectful of my property, explained the process and completed the work within the specified time frame. They were pleasant, easy to work with and installed a quality lightning rods system. I highly recommend them."

"I called 3 companies for estimates one didn't call back, one said they would send an estimate but never did but Expert Electric did everything they said that they would and not only that but they were fast and efficient."

"Diagnosed the issue as electrical. Will need to get electrician in to see where the problem is between the fuse box and the dishwasher."

"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."
