"Bruce called instantly and arraned to come the next morning to review the project. He arrived promptly at 9 am reviewed the work and gave a very reasonable quote...at least it was what I had in mind. He was very polite, personable and professional and he did a great job. I highly recommend Bruce for any masonry work you may have. In this case he cleaned off old mortar from about 20 bricks that had been knocked loose from a brick wall and reset them. They look grest."

"Our experience was amazing. They had to dig outside and put better drainage outside as well as tear up part of the basement. The project was a large project, and they did it efficiently and on time. "The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."
