There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. "The crews were extraordinarily polite, friendly, efficient, and very energetic. They ran into a lot of underground water when digging the trench for the buckled wall repair, but were able to put in the necessary reinforcements from inside the basement extending out to the trenched area. We live in an area with a lot of underground springs and artesian water, and when they began work the dirt under the foundation and crawl space was just wet mud, and water poured in at 36 inches deep as they created an outlet for the water to be safely drained away from the house. The basement is completely dry and we have a back up sump pump. My basement is surrounded by a crawl space since it was added after the house was built. The sump pumps and dehumidifier are warrantied for 5 years and the waterproofing has a lifetime warranty. Our house had problems because the basement was added after the house was built, but Indiana Foundation was able to make the house safe, and completely dry and usable. Since we live on a hillside, we will be adding a French drain behind the house and garage, far enough away to not further damage any of the foundations, but at the natural flow of the hillside where water collects to run down hill or underground. If we go at least 36 inches deep, it should help reduce some of the water that flows into the house area. This was some advice given by the supervisor at Indiana Foundation. They don't install French drains any longer, as they don't carry away all water and don't carry a guarantee, but in our situation it will probably help and is something I will be contracting out in the near future. The French drain is similar to what farmers install in fields to drain away excess water to a creek or deep ditch. It isn't something we have to do, but it will put a lot less strain on the sump pumps and other equipment, and in case of a long term power outage, would likely save our other appliances too (furnace, water heater, walls, etc.). I love the battery back up pump and it has already been in use twice when we had two separate power outages from storms. The workmen from Indiana Foundation were delightful to have in my home, running in and out with loads of materials, cheerfully hammering the walls and floors to install their system. Second: My electrician was able to repair a line running to our garage after the water problem was resolved. Water poured in over the connections in the basement without our realizing it, and no electricity was live in the back room of the garage. New basement, New Electric, New Plumbing - we are very happy with the results!"

"He did great.  The price was good.  I really needed that done and I don't know too much about plumbing, but the work he did, came by the house and looked at the pipe, then went and got the parts.  I'm not in that State but the house is.  My nephew let him in and everything was great.  The price was great.  The quality was good.  My nephew sent me pictures of the work he did - after it was broke and the water spilling out and everything - and all the parts were new.  He was on another job but as soon as he got done with that other job, he came straight to the house; my nephew was waiting on him and he was there like he said.   Those are good guys, The Plumber.  I live in another State and he still did the job and waited for me to send the money to him two days later.  I'm in Florida and the house is in Indiana."

"As a retired widow, Advanced treated me like a good son treats his Mother. Other companies have tried to take advantage of me but Marty was professional and treated my home as if it was his own.
