I happened on to this company after a back injury while doing a rehab on a house I owned before selling it. I had hired other people to help me but couldn't get anyone to stay long enough to finish the job. They lived next door to my project and Dave's wife came over to help me clean up the yard one day. She asked if I knew her husband did construction work. He ended up being a one-stop shop to hire from. Dave was so co-operative, efficient, kind, reasonably priced and easy to work with. I had a plan and he added to it to simplify some of that work to get it on the market more quickly. He put in a utility room, remodeled two bath rooms, the kitchen, living room and finished the garage. He did electrical, plumbing, duct work, siding, drywall work, floor/wall/bath tile work, cabinet work, painting. If he couldn't do something, he admitted it or we worked it out together. I've hired for several other odd jobs when he was available and also to remodel a utility barn to turn it into an art studio (hang cabinets, install a big window, paint and lay vinyl flooring) since the big project. I got to know the whole family and wanted to adopt them all. Dave is trustworthy and honest. I loved him. When I told my Realtor what I wanted to ask for it, he replied that i'd never get it. BUT I DID IN ABOUT A WEEK!

Dave did a very professional job on our bathroom in a very timely manner. If we have another project we will definitely give him a call.

Dave did much more than flooring. Electrical, demo, plumbing, consultation, etc.

Never before have I felt comfortable with someone doing work in my home. That all changed with Finishing Touches. To date, Dave has remodeled both of our upstairs bathrooms. He completely gutted the upstairs guest bath and gave us a beautifully tiled standing shower in place of the tub. The master bathroom remodel also included a walk-in closet remodel. Both remodels turned out beautifully. Dave gives extreme attention to detail and always offers several options when encountering a remodeling challenge. His flexibility in working with a first-time remodeler is unmatched. He is reliable, knowledgeable and meticulous. Even our aggressive Chihuahua greeted him warmly after the first week of work. We absolutely love our bathroom remodels and can't wait to have Finishing Touches back to remodel our kitchen.

This company is A+ all the way. I have hired a lot of contractors in my life and I have never found any company even close to Finishing Touches. Finishing Touches does not disappoint. Not one bit. Outstanding Work!!!

We also had Finishing Touches renovate our kitchen and laundry room. Fabulous work!!

First project was new tile floor in the basement bathroom. Next, David completely remodeled the laundry room. (Oh what a difference!) . Then the seriousness began!!! Remodeling the kitchen made a HUGE change in the house! He added more lighting, granite counter tops, tile backsplash, new flooring and contracted a company to paint the cabinets. From there they remodeled the hall bath and Master bath off the main bedroom. Heated floors were installed under new tile. A garden tub was removed in the master bath and they made the walk-in , tile shower larger. Then they put in another sink behind the shower. More lighting, replaced the cabinets, counter tops and painted the bathroom AND the bedroom! Hallway bath got a new tile and glass shower, new sink, toilet, and cabinet. The icing on the cake tafter the bathrooms was the decking! There's a 25 year warranty on all of it! We hd a ramp added just because you never know! We don't need it now, but one never knows! We bought this house 4 years ago and don't plan on moving until the Lord calls us home! So, until then, we wanted to have everything we wanted and now there's o more needing to be staining the deck, wishing the floors were warm and always needing more couter space in the kitchen. Finishing Touches have seen to it we don''t have to worry about those things!! The deck railing is pretty cool as all the posts have lights that come on at dusk! We were given estimates on everything and there were no surprises! We changed a few things, but that was not a problem. This company showed up when they said they would. The work is professional and all is beautiful. They always left everything cleaner than how they found it!! I wish I could leave picture so you could be as impressed as we are! Finishing Touches did a complete gut and remodel of our master bath and kitchen. Replaced entire house with engineered hardwood. Wood ceilings on 2 rooms and wall in kitchen. Replaced all interior and exterior doors and baseboards. Excellent job for a very fair price. Highly recommend!
