Tech mentioned they were part of a 2nd shift that works later hours and on weekends which was extremely convenient. Confirmed the disposal needed to be replaced and we are exploring all options on best model, size, etc. Tech gave us a quote, let us know about extra discount, their card with the hours they work and made self available to answer any questions or discuss further at our convenience. The entire process was very smooth and we will be contacting Roto Rooter for all future Plumbing needs."
