"I needed to find a company who could reroute my dryer vent in my home. Upon calling around it was hard to find someone who would do a smaller job. So I decided to make an Angi's post to see what I might could get. I was contacted by Matthew at Purity Air Restorations. He came to my home, inspected what needed done, was very knowledgeable on the best way to reroute the dryer vent and then gave me an estimate - very fairly priced. Then was able to put me on his schedule quickly. On the day of the job, his guys that installed the dryer vent, were professional, friendly, cleaned up their work mess and did a great job on their work. I am very pleased with my dryer vent. I would like to add that I did have one piece on my dryer vent that was a little tricky and Matthew went over and beyond what I anticipated trying to help me with it. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future! "

He took the time to test the whole unit, made sure everything was running smoothly, and even scheduled our annual maintenance for next week to clean out the unit. "First of all, the friendliness, quality of work and knowledge were excellent..no complaints at all in that regard. Here is my MAJOR issue. We received a quote for $3200. Once they got into the project, there were obvious issues that were going to result in a higher price. More cracks to fill, more drywall to replace etc. I fully expected the price to almost double. What I wasn’t prepared for was the invoice that showed up almost triple($9100) and when I called, texted, tried to reach out, I was ghosted. Gabe and I talked everyday and it just shocked me that when I wanted to have a discussion as to why the bill was so high, he never once returned my call to even have that discussion. Oh well, I paid the bill in full, we moved away and I’m sure that the house is better for our new buyers. But uncomfortable conversations need to be discussed in any service transactions and we were blindsided and disappointed that it never happened."

We bought a defective dishwasher, which destroyed the hardwood floor in our kitchen. The manufacturer belligerently gave us the runaround for nine months. We had everything ready and waiting… but nothing. Through that time, we touched base with the ServiceMaster team to let them know we weren’t ghosting them. They were kind and patient. Finally we gave up and filed a homeowner’s claim, and Jordan and Erin were able to work with State Farm to get them everything they needed. They were patient with us and, when we were really unsure of what flooring to go with, dropped off two different rounds of samples. Finally, with everything set up, the installers came and demo’d everything and started laying the new floor on Monday -finishing early Tuesday afternoon We are blown away. Not only has everyone from ServiceMaster been friendly, they literally make us feel like family. These are people you should want to do business with. Their flooring people? Fantastic! They showed such care in everything that they did and worked to lessen the disruption caused by having flooring put in while I was working downstairs. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with, but I have a deep sense of respect for their work ethic. In closing, my wife and I are profoundly grateful to the entire ServiceMaster family. We already have other jobs that we need to have done that we are getting estimates on. You will NOT be disappointed!"
