If there was a way to give a business ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (six stars), or even more, I would give that rating here. My wife and I were dealing with a nightmare situation. We bought a defective dishwasher, which destroyed the hardwood floor in our kitchen. The manufacturer belligerently gave us the runaround for nine months. We had everything ready and waiting… but nothing. Through that time, we touched base with the ServiceMaster team to let them know we weren’t ghosting them. They were kind and patient. Finally we gave up and filed a homeowner’s claim, and Jordan and Erin were able to work with State Farm to get them everything they needed. They were patient with us and, when we were really unsure of what flooring to go with, dropped off two different rounds of samples. Finally, with everything set up, the installers came and demo’d everything and started laying the new floor on Monday -finishing early Tuesday afternoon We are blown away. Not only has everyone from ServiceMaster been friendly, they literally make us feel like family. These are people you should want to do business with. Their flooring people? Fantastic! They showed such care in everything that they did and worked to lessen the disruption caused by having flooring put in while I was working downstairs. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with, but I have a deep sense of respect for their work ethic. In closing, my wife and I are profoundly grateful to the entire ServiceMaster family. We already have other jobs that we need to have done that we are getting estimates on. You will NOT be disappointed!

whole house was gutted due to fire and smoke damage. Signed contract to have work done but no procedure was explained how I was to "pick out" the items I wanted purchased as replacements. This contract was for entire amount of insurance money, no leeway at all. I took upon myself to purchase the replacement items using insurance money as I wanted cabinets, flooring, fixtures, lighting, etc of my choosing. Mr Rhodes says to me I need to keep receipts for everything I purchase as he would need them to adjust the billing when finished. Fire happened 3-8-16. I was able to move back in 9-1-16, would have been sooner had work been done on a daily basis, as it was there was a two month when workers only showed up 14 days. Six weeks wasted. Upon completion Mr Rhodes hands me a bill for $25,000 over and above the insurance paid. He claimed to me it was for "extra" things that were done. I only asked two closet walls be moved and a larger back door be put in. He had things listed that were not done. I refused to pay so he promptly sued me. Then is when his story changed the money was now because I purchased my own cabinets, floorings, fixtures, lighting, etc and didn't run the money through him. As I said procedure for purchase of these items was NEVER explained to me so I purchased them myself. His stance then was that "it wasn't in writing" that I would purchase my own items. Also his crew installed my $1200 shower backwards now water seeps between walls and floor of said shower to rot out the subfloor underneath. My kitchen counters were installed by his crew as well and are now "popping" off and consequently "curling" up, so when you're eating a bowl of soup all liquid is on one side of the bowl. Three years later now I was basically forced to mortgage my home to pay this company the $12000 he settled for. This was something I promised my deceased husband I would never do but due to a con artist coming into my life I had to break that promise. So beware widowed ladies out there who have no one to help advise them of this company and Mr. Dennis Rhodes.
