We had the house ready. Everything was put away and straightened up and the dishes were done. A lot of our items were already packed so not a lot to clean around. Two ladies (they were very nice) arrived promptly and were here for 3 1/2 hours to clean a 4-bedroom home. They did a great job...

They did a terrible job painting our ceiling and their solution was to paint one stripe at the top of each wall. Now we have to paint all the walls on the first floor ourselves. They initially charged us for over $2,000 of services they did not provide. I think they hope customers don't look carefully at the bills, especially if the insurance company is paying."
