I asked for a complete house dusting and countertop wipe down of the vacant home. It was done thoroughly and they even cleaned all hanging light fixtures without me asking.

Almost perfect! Of all of the times that they were in my house, I only had one issue one time with a working using a stinky cloth in my kitchen (and that is why they got a B instead of an A). While I'm doing a great job of keeping up with my own cleaning nowadays, I have several events planned throughout the year and will definitely be calling on them! Honestly, I don't even shop for anyone else. I'm very happy with their work, their responsiveness, and their customer service. Highly recommended.

We had the house ready. Everything was put away and straightened up and the dishes were done. A lot of our items were already packed so not a lot to clean around. Two ladies (they were very nice) arrived promptly and were here for 3 1/2 hours to clean a 4-bedroom home. They did a great job cleaning the bathrooms. Unfortunately we were disappointed with some aspects of the service. Our oven has two parts, which we showed them when they first got here. They cleaned the main part well but the lower part they half cleaned. Our french doors and the kitchen window were not cleaned. The kitchen cabinets were not wiped down. Other items in the home weren't dusted or weren't dusted very well, including under some of the furniture. Today we find ourselves having to do the jobs that weren't completed to make our home ready to sell as it's being listed tomorrow. This was half the price I paid last time we had our home cleaned and unfortunately you get what you pay for.

They have been out several times, and I only had one issue was taken care of quickly. This group is about as responsive as you can hope for. I decided to get monthly service and that's really helped me keep my house clean all of the time! If I had the money to do so, I think I'd consider getting it done every week, to tell the truth, but for now, monthly works well. I pay a little more than the standard because I'm paying for extra cleaning for two cats who should be bald by now from the amount of hair they shed!

Everything went fabulously! It's not often that I find a business that gets high ratings on Angie's List AND Yelp, and when I saw that this had both, I immediately scheduled them. Umberto (sp?) and Maria did the cleaning, and the house was spotless when they were done. In fact, there was an offer on the house the day after they were finished! I'm going to use this service for my own regular house cleaning, which I have never done before. Looking forward to having someone else do the heavy lifting. Highly recommended.

The two ladies sent to us (Patty & Rebecca) did an awesome job! I was quoted $130.00 for two hours via Angies List Special pricing for the first visit. I was quoted $140.00 for all future visits by Elizabeth in the office. Imagine my surprise when I called to schedule further visits and was told my rate would be $152.50 Plus tip for any more visits....I told her she quoted me $140.00 per visit for future and her response was that it would be 152.50 plus tip for future visits AND that was a 15% off discounted rate from their regular fees...WHAT????? Needless to say, although I was happy with the two sweet ladies who came...I will NOT be calling this company who cannot get their rates straight in the future.

Vern and Laura arrived on-time. They took interest in our home and really wanted to know what areas needed special attention. Our laminate floors (2 sloppy dogs) are always a challenge but they assured us they could handle them. They explained the solution they use on the floors and, after walking through the house to get a better idea of what we wanted, jumped right in. It looked like they each had their specialties and a system for working together.
In addition to polishing the furniture and doing an amazing job on our stove and kitchen, they cleaned the shutters in each room, ceiling fans, and tops of doors with great care. The ceramic kitchen tile floor looks new and the laminate floors actually look "squeaky clean" as opposed to "streaky clean."
Vern and Laura were very friendly and made us feel "at home" in our home. If you ever had a cleaning service that made you feel uncomfortable in your home, you know that I mean. ;)
We are grateful for the fast, friendly, and professional service!
