 + -1 moreThe person that we dealt with from the very beginning was Donna Shields. There was an issue with the chairs I had purchased, and they were very compliant with making sure we were satisfied. What they ended up doing is swapping out the old chairs for some new ones. They were always very cooperative and pleasant. The final recourse was done by Dereck Dillman. He is the owner of the furniture store. He helped with swapping out the chairs that were defective.
Description of Work: I purchased some furniture from here.
