He was proficient, clean, quick, courteous and very hard working. He did an excellent job and our shower looks beautiful. If we decide to do the other bathroom, we will definitely request Keagan be our installer. We cannot speak highly enough about him and his workmanship. "Joe assessed the state of my bathroom floor revealing two layers of adhesive tiles over one layer of original cracked tile.  He proposed solutions and allowed me to select a solution in the confines of  my budget and needs.  He retiled the floor, installed a new toilet, installed a new vanity, and helped out with other plumbing related issues while on site.  I thought the quality of Joe's work was second to none and he was extremely knowledgable about home maintenance. I will say that Joe was playing catch-up from being ill and thus it was difficult for him to follow through with his initial dates to come give estimates or complete the job by the original requested deadline.  Despite that, he and his employee, went to extra measures to meet the needs of my tenants.  I will have Joe do more work for me in the future."

"Repaired loose tiles in shower due to water leak. It is noticeable where the repair was done, but the tile has been repaired and they were able to reuse our old tiles."

"Excellent! The workers were very professional and did a great job of installing the Quartz as well as the Granite. JFG also had a professional plumber from Hamm come to the house to install all the plumbing (this was included in the price quote). While he was there we also had him do another unrelated plumbing job for us and that also went very well (we paid Hamm directly for the extra unrelated work)."

"Tina Hawk came out for the estimate. They charge for labor and the customer buys the supplies. Tina drove us to the tile store and we selected and purchased our tile. Tony Hawk installed the tile. He had to remove the old first. Our entry way is roughly 4 feet by 15 feet. Tina suggested we rim the tile for a finished look. That was a good idea because the new tile was just a hair higher than the old. The rim gives it a nice finish. Tony used matching caulk to finish the edge and you can barely tell it wasn't the original flooring.
