We waited for weeks to get a quote and then received a call today and the quote was finally sent. The secretary even set up another time to come take a look for a new estimate so I said sure. Got a call later from Robby the owner stating they are no longer interested in doing the job because he felt like I said something wrong to whom ever I spoke to on the phone he stated was the secretary. I never said anything out of line, I told him what I said then he said maybe it was taken the wrong way but still isn't interested just a little bit after receiving the estimate. I thought everything was fine. Apparently not. We will never use ML Tayler construction since their employees wanna make accusations that isn't true. Maybe ask a question if your not sure what someone means before you accuse someone of something not accurate. You are the one that said you are not excepting the job you even admitted that you may have taken things wrong but still wont take the job. not me. You are lying and that's not what you said. I was only contacted by the office twice today because of you Robby and this review. You messed up and you have to face the negatives with not being professional or rational.ill even post the quote that I received today, weeks after I was promised.

horrible, they did the work without permits firstoff. they had to come back 9 times due too lack of attention. they still haven't completed there contract. they tried rigging half the work done and instead of doing it properly.

after a bad first experience I contacted the owner of the company and he was quick a proactive about fixing the issues that were never finished to begin with. After he explained the situation as to why the services were not done, I understand his situation and the company has made everything correct.

They did quality work, taking their time to do everything well and communicating well before they did anything. They cleaned up well at the end of the day, and they stuck to their estimate also. We found we had a linoleum floor under our tile and were concerned about the cost of removing that prior to having the new tile put in - they ended up taking out the linoleum for us at no extra cost. I would highly recommend them. I'm already planning on having them back.

Several people said that they do good work. They were nice and they told us that were still working on a site and they have to finish it first before working for us. So far, everything with them was pretty normal.
