after a bad first experience I contacted the owner of the company and he was quick a proactive about fixing the issues that were never finished to begin with. After he explained the situation as to why the services were not done, I understand his situation and the company has made everything correct.

horrible, they did the work without permits firstoff. they had to come back 9 times due too lack of attention. they still haven't completed there contract. they tried rigging half the work done and instead of doing it properly.

They did quality work, taking their time to do everything well and communicating well before they did anything. They cleaned up well at the end of the day, and they stuck to their estimate also. We found we had a linoleum floor under our tile and were concerned about the cost of removing that prior to having the new tile put in - they ended up taking out the linoleum for us at no extra cost. I would highly recommend them. I'm already planning on having them back.
