All of our door and window hardware ruined, brand new carpet in 2 bedrooms ruined, paint all over our bathroom floors that will not come out, windows painted shut, painters collecting tools late at night and quitting mid-job, dirty caulking tools and sandpaper sitting on new white carpet, questionare being completely disregarded. We paid over $2500 for this mess and didn’t get any money back. A manager asked to come see it weeks after we complained but never followed through. ONIT is an absolute joke of a company and I hope this honest review saves your home from being destroyed."

We paid Matt in full for the job, and he left someone else to complete the work, When we brought the blemishes and items that were not to standard to our expectations, especially with the hanging and texturing of the sheetrock work he has ghosted us. He should at least refund what we had to pay to correct the issue if he was not going to complete the job the the standards that he sold us on! We have pictures of all the bad work!"
