Everything went as planned, Kris' wife called to tell us the car was ready even earlier than we had expected - in spite of the fact that the insurance company required him to send additional pictures to explain damage. On inspection, the repair was done perfectly. GBS is a professional, well managed, clean body shop and we highly recommend. The insurance company handled the repair cost but I am told Kris' prices are far more reasonable than others.

Passenger-side mirror had been hit and was broken, Kris checked it out and ordered a replacement. Two working days later, the part was in; Kris removed the broken unit and replaced it with the new one--all in about 30 minutes. We've been using Glendale Body Shop for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Good people, quality work, reasonable prices.

They were able to heat up the plastic bumper and push out the dent and straighten out the headlight. Luckily, my paint protection film kept the paint from cracking so little or no painting was required. Other body shops were giving me estimates in the $1200 - $2000 range but Glendale Auto Body only charged me about $550 for the job. Very happy with their work!!

My experience with these wonderful, friendly folks was GREAT !!! I was quoted a price, and that was the price I paid. NOT only that, Roy, the owner, said it would likely take 3 days to get in the replacement door, paint it and attach it. I'm a property manager and use my car a lot and it really takes a beating. To my surprise, I dropped the car off on Wednesday morning and received a call from Roy saying it was done the very next day. That was a pleasant shock. These folks know how to run a top-notch business. As I have gotten older, I don't expect everything to be perfect, and most other service-type companies are only average at best. Not these folks. My new door was put on right, it doesn't leak and the paint was a pretty good match (considering my SUV is 11 years old !) I'm surprised they still make the paint for it. THANK YOU ROY, JEAN AND CHRIS. You folks are the best, hands down!!!

Great...Roy gave me a cost estimate and we scheduled the repair. Dropped the car off on a Monday morning and had the car back by noon on Wednesday (a day ahead of schedule). Roy explained exactly how he made the repair to the hood...and the cost of repair matched the estimate. They did an excellent job matching the paint...you cannot tell any difference between the fenders and the hood. All in all, they did a great job and I would highly recommend Glendale Body Shop.

I contacted my insurance company to see how much my deductible would be ($500). They had preferred body shop providers and the nearest was on 96th/Keystone. I wasted a lot of time trying to find this place during the morning rush hour. I got frustrated with all of the traffic on 96th Street so decided to find Glendale Body after reading so many positive reviews. I wish I had just started there. Roy stopped what he was doing and came right out to look at my car and give me a quote. He told some interesting stories about how often he sees this type of damage and that unless you have a lawyer, large stores like Lowe's and Walmart won't provide security footage. I also learned about scam artists in Broad Ripple (and everywhere really) who damage your vehicle so they can repair it. After giving me a quote of $490, we scheduled the work to be completed on Tuesday, 5/31/16. I dropped my car off in the AM. Roy said that it may not be ready until Thursday AM. Since I wasn't going to submit a claim to my insurance, I also had the expense of a rental car. I got a call from Roy on Wednesday at 0900 that he stayed late so the car was done. Of course, I was then able to return my rental car a day early and save $100. Not only did Roy fix the damage from being hit, he also repaired some other small scrapes to the bumper that were caused by me getting items into/out of the trunk. I received an Angie's List discount so the price dropped to $465. I hope that I don't need their services again but if I do, I'll just go see Roy.

Glendale Body Shop is by far the best in Indy. Anyone who reads reviews can tell this is true. I was hit on the driver side of my jeep. There was also leftover damage and residue from the previous body work and paint I had done from a previous accident on that side of my vehicle. Roy and his son took care of everything plus some extra things I wanted done. They worked with me and the insurance company of the driver who hit me. They DO NOT cut corners. This is the most important thing in this industry. Instead of cutting corners to save time and money for them, they are extremely thorough.

They really CARE about saving money and doing a great job, but they do not cut corners.
I appreciated their communication, their speed, and how they were willing to work with me and my insane schedule.
The repairs look fantastic--can't even tell any damage occurred.
Most of all, they're just really nice people to work with.

The quote for the service was the lowest of the three body shops we went to. Roy and his son Chris were friendly, professional, and they did a great job on the car. The repairs took only four days, and the car looks great. I like knowing I am talking to the people who will actually repair my car. I would definitely recommend this body shop to others - the entire experience was as positive as car repair can be.

My vehicle was hit and damaged just above the rear bumper in the parking lot of a store while I was inside shopping. Did not notice the damage until I arrived home a few minutes later. Reviewed the top auto repair shops on Angie's list and read customers reviews. Based on the reviews immediately contacted Glendale Body Shop. The next day stopped by for an estimate which was very reasonable and fair. Dropped the vehicle off about 2 weeks later and it was repaired/painted on time without a hitch. The vehicle looked great and the work was performed professional. I found Glendale Body Shop to provide outstanding customer service, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly.
