"Melissa and Michael took great care of us. They had mentioned at last years tune up that the inducer motor was going bad and even though we got another year out of it started hearing more noise from it. So decided to get it done now to help out furnace last longer. They also addressed the issue with our daughters room being so cold by adding a new vent to that room and it solved that issue. Can't say enough good things about them. We have now used them multiple times and have a Air Duct cleaning set up for them in the next week. Will post anew review for that job once it is completed."

I turned to Angie’s List to look up heating and cooling companies. I was quickly in touch with 3 companies and I chose the company that had the best price. Higdon Heating and Cooling LLC were prompt to call with the best price. Not only did Shawn have the best price, but he was also a true professional on the phone. I explained to him my concerns regarding the ductwork in my house. Now my case is not the average case, because what could go wrong did go wrong. To make a long story short I will mention that my furnace stopped working that following evening. Shawn was quick to respond the next morning, on a weekend, to fix it. "We had them replace our gas furnace in January of 2018. We found out, through another HVAC professional, that the furnace pipes were improperly installed, allowing water to collect and mold to grow. The pipes are also leaking causing the furnace to rust. We contacted the company, and were told that if they came out and fixed it, that they would charge us, even though it was their fault. We didn't agree with that, but wanted them to fix it anyway. However, after initial contact they've refused to return our calls and texts since August 2018, so we're stuck paying for repairs that shouldn't even be necessary."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
